Our customers’ respective privacy policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers and not this Policy except insofar as this Policy or any provisions thereof are incorporated into such contracts.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data You Provide to Us Directly:
When you use our products and services, contact us (including via social media), participate in an online survey conducted by us, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect a variety of information about you / individuals associated with your organization including:
- Account Creation: When you create a user account to avail our products and services, we collect your name, organization name, email address, and country of operation.
- Purchases: We may collect information and details associated with your purchases, including payment information. Any payments made via our products and services are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not directly collect or store any payment card information entered through our products and services, but we may receive information associated with your payment card information (e.g., your billing details).
- Communication with us: When you request information about our products and services, sign up for a newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect Personal Information from you such as name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
- Customer Service and Support: If you call or otherwise interact with our customer service and support, we may collect the information you provide to our representatives. In addition, we may record audio conferencing between you and our representatives for training and quality assurance purposes.

- A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded on our products and services that collects information about users’ engagement. This may include information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website, such as your computer’s IP address, browser type, browser version, location data, the pages of the website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other usage statistics.
