Dr. Jaleed Khawaja has been advising global corporations on their sustainability, regulatory remediation and technology strategies for more than 15 years. Alongside being an Advisory Board Member for Ahya, he currently serves as Head of Sustainability at Capgemini Switzerland, where he engages with companies across all private industry sectors. He is also a consultant for public sector institutions in several EU countries.

Dr. Khawaja has a keen grasp of all topics concerning his clients' sustainability journeys, and helps deliver technology driven and user experience focused transformations.

He holds a PhD in Engineering from Warwick University.

Dr. Johannes Bruski is currently one of the founding partners of Frankfurt based law-firm Bruski, Smeets and Lange. Along with his role as an Advisory Board Member for Ahya, he is also an advisor to the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and other Saudi government entities.

Dr. Bruski was admitted to the Frankfurt bar in 1992 and served as a partner at Allen & Overy in Saudi Arabia from 2008 to 2018.

He holds an LL.M. degree from McGill University and a doctorate in law from the University of Bonn. He draws on three decades of experience advising on numerous large-volume M&A, joint venture, private equity and venture capital transactions as well as related litigation and regulatory matters.

Mr. Max Scheder-Bieschin has 40 years of executive experience in investment banking, finance and entrepreneurship. Alongside being an Advisory Board Member at Ahya, he is currently serving as a Member, Board of Directors for 500 Global (US venture firm) and as a co-founder and Board Member for DroverAl.

He took Ekso Bionics public via a reverse merger, leading an up-list to NASDAQ. He has previously served as Managing Director of Deutsche Bank AG (Frankfurt, Germany), Managing Director of ING Barings/BHF-Bank (Frankfurt, Germany) and Associate Director of Bear Stearns & Co. (New York,USA).

He studied Economics at Stanford University.
