RIYADH, Saudi Arabia + KARACHI, Pakistan, 5^th  April 2024 -- Ahya, a unified, AI-powered platform for scaling climate action, today announced  it has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program that nurtures startups revolutionizing industries with technological advancements.

Ahya is on a mission to harness the power of technology in advanced computation, data science, climate science and artificial intelligence (AI) to help enterprises measure, report and reduce their emissions, and buy and sell carbon offsets. Ahya’s core products include AhyaOS, an AI-powered green-house gas (GHG) emissions operating system, and Tawazun, the first omni-channel voluntary carbon marketplace (VCM) utilize AhyaAI’s capabilities, with a vision to enable the region’s enterprise transition towards net-zero emissions with accuracy, transparency and equitable economic growth.      

Increasing global pressure, growth in local regulations and a surge in national climate policies have enhanced focus on sustainability, emissions reporting, reduction and voluntary carbon markets. Ahya, an EarthShot Prize 2024 nominee, is leveraging AI and machine learning frameworks, for data and transparency driven software that enable enterprises to take climate action. This symbolizes Ahya as a first mover and a force for innovation and disruption in the MENAP region, which accounts for 8% of global emissions yet has some of the highest emissions intensity (emissions per GDP) in the world. 

Ahya plans to use the resources available through  NVIDIA Inception, including technical training through the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, access to NVIDIA hardware and software, to advance AhyaAI’s capabilities within Ahya’s core products in key focus areas of data anomaly detection, optimizations (reduction), predictive analytics and conversational functionality via co-pilot’s for enterprise clients.
